The Swachhta Pledge was administered by all the scientific, technical, administrative and supportive staff of the institute. The research scholars and young professionals also participated in the pledge. The banner displayed at main gate of the institute.   |
| 18.9.2025 | 9.30–11.30 am | As part of the Swachhta campaign, the institute team undertook cleaning of the water storage and its surrounding area, ensuring the removal of waste from difficult and neglected spots. Moreover, waste materials and discarded items from ignored spots were systematically collected and cleared, ensuring a cleaner and healthier environment.   |

| 20.9.2025 | 9.30–11.30 am | A Swachhata Samwad was organized at ICAR-DOGR with the participation of office staff and research scholars. Discussions were held on the importance of cleanliness and the ways to make the premises, surroundings and environments clean and pollution-free.   |

| 26.9.2025 | 3.30–5.30 pm | As part of the outreach program, Safai Mitras and health services, the Chief guest, Dr. Anuradha Upadhyay, Principal Scientist (Biotechnology), NRC-Grapes, Pune have elaborated on the benefits of flagship government health programs including Ayushman Bharat and Mission Indradhanush, underlining their role in strengthening preventive healthcare and social security for sanitation workers and their families. Director Dr. Vijay Mahajan talked the importance of swachhta hi seva in the institute and at home premises. Nodal Officer Dr. A.J. Gupta awared about Swachh Bharat Mission and its benefits.   |

| 28.9.2025 | 3.30–5.30 pm | The institute organized a structured cleaning program at sanitation parks and village selfie points under the Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign. Staff members actively participated in removing fallen leaves, branches and other waste materials to restore the cleanliness and beauty of the environment.   |
